          Phullen Primary Health Centre is under Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Mizoram

          Medical Officer is incharge of PHC with three (3) staff nurses, three (3) IV^th Grade, One laboratory Technician, One Health Supervisor, One ASHA Mobiliser and health worker are posted. It caters 4555 population with four villages, namely Phullen, Thanglailung, Zawngin and Luangpawn out of four villages, there are three sub-centre with male and female health workers posted.

Function of Primary Health Centre:

1. Provision of Medical care 24x7 including emergency Department Out Patient Department and admitting patient (In Patient Department)
2. Material Child Health including Family Planning.
3. Save Water Supply and basic sanitation.
4. Prevention and control locally endemic diseases
5. Collection and reporting of vital statistics
6. Education about health, proper nutrition
7. National Health Programmes as relevant
8. Immunisation
9. Accessible treatment
10. Drug provision and referral services
